Florida at 35%. Texas can budget 30% of product cost for most of the State with 40% for the far west.US West coast should budget 40 to 50% of product cost. These percentage shipping cost averages apply to residential and limited access delivery locations. Limited access locations, as defined by the trucking companies include, churches, office buildings, schools, hospitals and military bases.
