What if my figures arrive damaged or broken?

Please check the condition of all cartons upon receipt. If delivered by truck, please open any suspicious looking (crushed or pierced) cartons before the trucker leaves. If any item is damaged, notify the driver, ask for a claim number and mark his papers indicating damage. Immediately call CNI Customer Service at 888-775-0010 and report the damage and the action you have taken. For package delivery by FedEx or UPS, open all cartons immediately and report any damaged to CNI Customer Service 888-775-0010. If we are not notified of shipping damage within 7 days of delivery, we may be unable to substantiate a claim against the shipping company and therefore, we may not be able to replace the item at no charge to you. WE NEED YOUR HELP AND COOPERATION. We require that you to follow these rules, regardless of whether or not you feel that the shipping company caused the damage. Once the product is within your care, custody and control, we are not responsible for what happens to it and, therefore, we do not provide refunds nor replacements.

If you missed purchasing one of our items or if you want to ensure that you get a particular display for Christmas 2022, we are offering a 2022 Pre-Order program, starting January 1, 2022.

We will confirm your order details, the price and take your deposit of 33%. When your product is re-stocked in 2022 we will contact you, confirm the shipping cost, collect the balance and ship.
