ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I get shipping cost?
Click on the "I WANT IT" button for each item you want to purchase. You will not have entered your personal or credit card information yet. Click on "shipping calculator" to get UPS shipping cost for your purchase. If your order is too large for UPS shipping, you will be prompted to call us at 1(888)900 2070 for a truck shipping service quote.

How do I place an order?
Click on the "I WANT IT" button for each item you want to purchase. Click on "shipping calculator" to get shipping cost for your purchase. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click on " checkout".

Methods of payment?
You may use the following methods of payment:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Check sent by mail

Do I pay tax?
Christmas Night Inc. is situated in New York State. If you live in the State of New York, we are required to charge you your local tax on your purchases.

How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?

 Once you have established the shipping cost, we will immediately email you a confirmation with total amount of charge.

When is my credit card charged?
When we process your order. Usually shortly after we receive your order.

Credit Card Security and Fraud Prevention

To protect you and us from credit card fraud, we may ask you for your government photo identification document via fax or email. When you want goods shipped to an address different from the billing address we may call you to obtain additional personal information to confirm the order.
All information sent over the internet is encrypted to assure privacy, click here for details. If you have a problem ordering on the website, please call us toll free at 1(888) 775-0010 during regular business hours. Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5pm Eastern time. Saturdays 9am-noon. Products marked "Internet Special" can be ordered on the Internet only.

Can I check on the status of my order?
We will email you your UPS or FedEx tracking or truck service PRO number and trucking company website, when your purchase is shipped. You will be able to follow the progress of your order at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com  or for most truck shipments at www.gorlc.com For other truck shipments we will provide the website and bill of lading number or call us at 1(888) 775-0010.

Shipping Information
We ship via UPS or FedEx and R+L Carriers Truck  service within Continental USA & Canada (excluding Alaska). Most items ship out next day. You will be informed immediately via email if there is to be any delay, and why. We ship Monday through Friday except official  holidays. See below for estimated time in transit:
- UPS or FedEx Ground 1 to 5 business days

- UPS or FedEx 2 day air 2 to 3 business days

-LTL Truck shipment 2 to 5 business days

Pickup Information
You may pickup from our warehouse under the following conditions:
- You make an appointment with our warehouse. Call 888-775-0010 extn. 100

- The product is fully paid for in advance.

- Once picked up you agree that an damaged caused in shipping is your or your carrier's responsibility.

- Insurance is your responsibility.

International Shipping
Christmas Night ships via USPS Air Parcel Post to a number of countries outside the US and Canada:
Please contact our Customer Service at 888 775 0010 for details.
We offer "Less than Container Load" (LCL) shipping via air and sea freight to most countries in the world. Please call our Logistics Department at 888 900 2070 for a quote.

Returns and Exchanges
International Orders may not be returned.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
- Call 1(888) 775-0010 to request a return authorization number.
- You will receive your return authorization number via email within 12 hours.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns.
- Make sure your name, address and return authorization number are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package.
- If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address be featured.
- Address the securely wrapped, prepaid, insured package to:

- You will be refunded for cost of the product less 15% restocking charge and excluding all shipping costs. Return shipping is at your expense. You will be notified by email when we receive your return and the amount refunded.

- No returns will be accepted after 25 Dec 2010

-FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

 

Please check the condition of all cartons upon receipt. If delivered by LTL truck, please open any suspicious looking “crushed or pierced” cartons before the truck driver leaves and if the item inside is damaged, notify the driver, ask for a claim  number and sign his papers indicating damaged item. Immediately call customer service at Christmas Night at 888 775 0010 and report the damage and what you have done.

Open all cartons in your shipment immediately. If an item is damaged, please call Customer Service at 888 775 0010 and report the damage. If we are not informed of undisclosed damage within 7 days of receipt of the order we may be unable to replace this at no charge to you, because we will be unable to claim against the trucking/shipping company.

THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTION TO THESE RULES. Regardless of whether you feel that the trucking/shipping company caused the damage or not, we need you to follow this procedure before we can consider replacement of your damaged items.

Once the product has been inspected and is in your care, custody and control we are not responsible for what may happen to it and therefore we do not provide refunds
